Order Processing

If all items are in stock, orders will typically be processed and shipped out within two business days. Some items are made to order and may require a longer time to prepare for shipment.

Payment Modes

Supported payment modes include PayPal, credit cards and wire transfer.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We use Stripe or PayPal to process payments by credit card.

Wire transfers are available for purchases made in Singapore Dollar (SGD). The customer must bear all bank fees relating to the wire transfer.

Taxes

GST is applicable for items shipped within Singapore. Taxes will be calculated once a valid delivery address has been provided during checkout.

The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes which may arise from the import of goods.

Shipping

We offer worldwide free economy delivery for eligible orders with values equal to, or above, USD 300.
